Angelo Rivera is a Los Angeles-based hairstylist whose work spans film, television, commercials, editorial, music, advertising campaigns, and the runway. Known for tailored precision cuts, effortless undone styling, and cutting-edge 60’s / 70’s - punk-inspired looks, he specializes in multi-cultural hair textures and a full range of extension methods.

His film and television credits include The Morning Show, The Five Star Weekend, The Last Thing He Told Me, Presumed Innocent, Abbott Elementary, The Rookie, All American, The Pitt, and the features Poolman, Atlas, and Family Switch. His commercial campaigns include Nike, Spotify, TOMS, STAUD, OBAGI, Henry Rose, Old Navy, Lexus, USPS, and Hyundai, and he has styled runway shows for Tommy Hilfiger, Puma x Balmain, Adidas, and Chopard alongside editorial for L’Uomo Vogue, GQ, CITIZEN K, Billboard, Teen Vogue, and Lady Gunn.

He has been personal hairstylist to pop star Conan Gray, as well as Natalie Maines, Emily Strayer, and Martie Maguire on the Chicks’ 2023 World Tour, and has styled talent for the SAG Awards, the Oscar’s and Vanity Fair Party, BAFTA Britannia Awards, and the Latin Grammy’s. His collaborators include directors Mimi Leder, Sam Levinson, McG, Brad Peyton, Greg Yaitanes, Sylvain White, and Chris Pine, along with Jonas Akerlund, Michel Compte, Diane Martel, and Floria Sigismondi.

In 2020, Angelo opened his private studio —Atelier Angelo— in Beverly Hills, where he works with private clients alongside film, TV, commercial, red carpet, and editorial projects across Los Angeles.
